How to Fill the NEET 2020 Online Application Form?

Before filling the form, you should read the instructions carefully.
Once you read the instructions, you need to click the checkbox near I have read and understood all the instructions mentioned in the Information Bulletin and click the button Proceed to Apply Online NEET (UG) -2019. - You need to enter your name, parents' name, category, gender, state you belong to, Identity card and its details, Date of Birth, Phone number, and personal e-mail id on the first page.
You should click on the button PReview New Registration to preview the details you entered. You should verify the details and correct any mistakes you made.
Click on the NEXT button to continue. - You can create NEET Login Username and Password on the second page. Once you click the SUBMIT button, NTA will allocate you a Provisional Application Number.
To continue the second stage of NEET Exam Registration, you need to click on the link Click Here to Login.
You need to enter the Username and the Password you have created just before. - Now, you will have a chance to save the details on the form to save as a draft on your computer. Once you click the NEXT button, the NEET application form will ask you to fill your educational details.
You need to enter the academic details of the 10th, 11th, and 12th classes. They will ask you to enter the name of the School Educational Board, Name of the School, Address of the institution, year of passing, and the Marks percentage.
You need to click NEXT to go to the Next Page. - On this Window, you need to fill the registration form with the Permanent and Correspondance address. You need to enter the occupation, annual income, and qualification of your Parents.
You should click Yes to your willingness to wear the NEET Exam Dress Code. Once you fill the registration form, click the Next button. - This is the One Time Password (OTP) verification window. Once you review the details on the registration form, you need to verify it with OTP send to your registered Mobile Number.
Click on the Final Submit button to proceed to the next stage of NEET Exam Registration.
- Now you can upload your Photo and Signature. Click the Next button to finish the uploading. If you are facing problems with uploading Photo and Image, you should check the file size and format.
- The Next Stage in the Registration isthe payment. Look at the chart below to see the various modes of payment options.
- Once you have made the payment, you can go to the confirmation window.
Once you have seen the confirmation page, you should check if you have downloaded the confirmation page on your computer.
